Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager to lead complex transmission projects from inception to closeout. You will manage scope, budgets, timelines, and QA/QC, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes while supporting client relationships.

Required are a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7 years in the field, 2+ years PM experience, and a PE license. Strong leadership and employee-owned culture alignment are essential; occasional staff supervision may be involved depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead transmission projects through the entire life cycle.
• Track budgets, schedules and QA/QC per HDR standards.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and allocate staff workloads.
• Support client relationships and business development activities.
• Oversee non-engineering components when required.
• Recruit and supervise team as location allows.
