ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Principal Consultant to provide senior technical leadership in transmission planning, interconnection, and regulatory compliance from Englewood, CO. You will guide studies, mentor staff, and engage utilities and stakeholders across North America.

The role combines advanced power system engineering with project leadership and client advisory responsibilities, while supporting business development and industry representation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or clearly demonstrated eligibility.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in transmission planning or related consulting.
• Experience leading complex electric utility projects and client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical projects and client engagements across transmission planning and interconnection.
• Provide engineering direction for power system models, studies, and deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff while supporting business development.
• Represent the company in industry committees, conferences, and publications.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with proactive communication.
