Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of relevant HV transmission design experience.
• EIT certification required.
• P.E. certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• On-site work possible; some travel may be required.
• Ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple design teams on high voltage transmission projects.
• Develop staff through mentoring and performance management.
• Lead client relations, scope changes, and proposals.
• Ensure quality control of all deliverables.
• Support growth through new business capture and RFP responses.
