Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years in high voltage transmission design.
Expertise in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.
Engineer In Training (EIT) certification.
Team-oriented, strong communicator, and client-facing experience.
Proven track record in managing scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

Direct multiple design teams on high voltage transmission projects.
Mentor and develop staff, oversee performance reviews.
Lead proposal development and scope definitions for new work.
