Exo is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex overhead line design and project delivery across multiple sites in the United States. The role emphasizes technical leadership, client coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets, mentor staff, and contribute to business development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• PE Licensure.
• 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex design and analysis independently.
• Conduct engineering and design using engineering software and internal tools.
• Design major and unique projects.
• Lead large teams, major projects, and programs of projects.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, and budget with project manager.
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives.
• Lead business development and proposal development.
• Confirm design work is produced following quality procedures.
• Ensure designs meet client standards, safety, design code, constructability, and cost-efficiency requirements.
