Exo is seeking a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join our Transmission Structures team in Texas. You will design steel lattice towers, poles and foundations, ensuring safety, constructability, and cost efficiency for grid-expanding projects.

You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver high-impact outcomes. Ideal candidates have a PE in Civil or Structural, 15+ years of experience, and strong communication skills to lead project planning and proposals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering required.
• PE Licensed (Civil or Structural) preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of codes and standards and project management principles.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex design and analysis independently.
• Conduct engineering and design using software and internal tools.
• Design routine and complex transmission structures.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff.
• Participate in business development and proposals.
