Job summary

Exo is seeking a Project Engineer to join its Overhead Transmission Line Engineering group. You will design and deliver overhead line projects, lead project teams, and coordinate scope, schedule, and budget with the project manager, while collaborating with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, a PE license, 6–20 years of relevant experience, and strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• PE Licensed.
• 6–20 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of codes, standards, and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop deliverables and perform routine design and analysis independently.
• Lead project teams and coordinate scope, schedule, and budget with the project manager.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff.
• Lead business development and proposal development.
• Ensure designs meet safety, cost-efficiency, and constructability requirements.
