Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to lead the design of transmission line support structures and related components. You will work with an experienced team to develop steel lattice tower and pole designs, foundations, and related structures for power grid projects.

The role requires a PE license, 15+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
PE Licensed (Civil or Structural).
15+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
Knowledge of Project Management Principles.
Proficient in engineering software and design tools.

Responsibilities

Perform complex design and analysis independently.
Conduct engineering and design using engineering software and internal tools.
Design routine projects.
Work within a team and independently.
Provide input to project planning efforts.
Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives.
Participate in project meetings.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff.
Participate in business development and proposal development.
Review design work produced by other project participants following quality procedures.
Ensure designs meet client standards, safety, design code, constructability, and cost-efficiency requirements.
