Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking an entry-level engineer to support overhead transmission line design, analysis, project execution, and field engineering assignments under experienced engineers. You will build foundational competency in transmission line systems, engineering tools, construction practices, documentation, and professional judgment.

The role requires collaboration with project teams, coordination with clients, and on-site field work to ensure design intent and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Active PE license highly preferred.
• Proficiency with PLS-CADD and PLS-Pole; experience with PLS-Tower and tower modeling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform overhead transmission line engineering and design assignments across voltage classes and project types.
• Lead development and coordination of complete design packages and complex analyses, including drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, clients, inspectors, and teams to resolve issues and support schedule and quality.
