Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead high voltage transmission projects, guiding design, analysis and coordination across teams. You will develop feasibility studies, supervise complex tasks, and provide expert engineering input for regulatory processes.

A PE is preferred and a hybrid office schedule supports flexible work arrangements. Minimum five to eight years of relevant experience in transmission line engineering is expected, with a strong command of CAD tools and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil preferred) required.
• 4-year engineering degree with ABET-equivalency considerations described.
• Strong planning, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with transmission lines engineering and applicable code standards.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, analyze and evaluate transmission facility additions/modifications.
• Provide conceptual scoping, design and estimates for high voltage projects.
• Support permitting and regulatory processes with technical input and testimony.
• Lead complex projects and provide guidance to engineers and teams.
• Interface with multiple departments and coordinate work across disciplines.
