• Establish and maintain operating cadence, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Coordinate internal programs across functions with defined scope, owners, and milestones.
• Translate global strategy into organizational actions with governance and accountability.
• Develop interfaces and governance for matrix organizations and stakeholder alignment.
