Community Association Management seeks a Senior Transition Community Manager in Charlotte, NC to stabilize new communities during onboarding and strengthen client relationships. You will act as trusted advisor, resolve inherited issues, and prepare associations for long-term management with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

The role calls for seasoned leadership (PCAM/CMCA/AMS preferred), proven cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• PCAM/CMCA/AMS designation preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in community association management with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of governance, contracts, and financial operations.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• High professionalism, diplomacy, and client empathy.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new full-service associations and stabilize transitions.
• Review governing documents, contracts, budgets, and management files.
• Identify and prioritize legacy issues and coordinate with departments.
• Prepare transition reports and summaries for the permanent manager.
• Maintain early board trust and transparent transition communications.
• Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, Maintenance, Resident Services, and Compliance.
