Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is expanding its Transportation and Infrastructure Team in New York City, seeking a Project Manager to lead transit and rail engineering projects. You will guide technical deliverables, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 12+ years of post-education transit/rail experience.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Project management and QA/QC leadership experience.
• Proficiency with transportation and infrastructure engineering principles and design/build standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and strategic leadership for transportation and infrastructure engineering disciplines and functions.
• Lead larger-scale, complex projects, manage budgets, hours, expenses, and supervise subcontractors and staff.
• Lead technical aspects of contract negotiations, presentations, and meetings.
• Ensure profitable project performance and compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Mentor staff and stay current with transit/rail engineering practices.
