Job summary

Transdev in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise technicians and dispatch staff, and collaborate with internal and external customers. The role manages the operation in the absence of the Maintenance Manager and ensures compliance with company policies and budget targets.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in diesel/gas engines and zero-emissions battery EV systems, a Class B CDL with Passenger and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years experience with diesel, gasoline, CNG engines and Zero Emissions battery electric.
• CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements required or ability to obtain.
• 3+ years of transit supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of transit regulations and operations.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and databases.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of all technicians and coordinates supervisors and dispatch personnel.
• Works with maintenance to meet operation service requirements.
• Track, analyze performance and resolve interdepartmental issues.
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in accident/incident investigations and safety training support.
• Coordinate with safety/training to meet goals and directives.
• May operate a vehicle in revenue service.
• Other duties as required.
