MV Transportation is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to oversee all day-to-day maintenance of our fixed-route bus operation. The role involves leading a maintenance team and ensuring that contractual requirements are met through thorough reporting and proactive management.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff to keep 50+ buses in service, manage inventory and parts, and maintain safety and efficiency across the Spartanburg operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience managing maintenance functions in a transit bus operation.
• Experience directing 10+ employees (fleet Technicians/Service Workers/Cleaners).
• Experience with 50+ buses within the last year.
• CDL Class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement preferred.
• Ability to interface with client and manage parts inventories, vendors and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports).
• Ensure all contractual requirements are achieved and maintained.
• Manage schedules, projects and assignments with a proactive leadership approach.
• Maintain financial accountability for fleet maintenance operations.
