Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Denver to lead the day-to-day maintenance of a fixed route bus operation and ensure all contractual requirements are met with timely reports.

The role requires 3+ years of transit maintenance supervision, experience directing 10+ employees, and CDL Class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement preferred. Knowledge of diesel, CNG, and alternative fuels is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing maintenance functions of a transit bus shop.
• Experience directing 10+ employees (fleet technicians, service workers, cleaners).
• Experience with 50+ buses in the last year.
• CDL Class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance for fixed route bus operation.
• Ensure contractual requirements are achieved and reports generated (daily, weekly, monthly, annual).
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to track parts inventories and service schedules.
