Qualifications

• 3+ years managing transit bus maintenance in a similar operation.
• Experience directing 10+ technicians (fleet technicians/service workers/cleaners).
• Experience working with 50+ buses within the last year.
• CDL class B with passenger and air brake endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance for a fixed route bus operation.
• Ensure contractual maintenance requirements are met and produce regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly/annual).
• Oversee maintenance budget planning and financial aspects.
