Horrocks, a leading civil engineering firm, seeks a Senior Transit Engineer or Project Manager to lead transit design efforts from our Phoenix area office, serving state DOTs, transit agencies, and cities across the mountain west.

You will work on heavy rail, light rail, and bus rapid transit projects, coordinating design from concept to construction and supporting business development while growing the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 10+ years of transit or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate meetings and resolve technical questions.
• Prepare calculations, reports, and drawings.
• Support client development activities and project controls.
