Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Senior Transit Engineer or Project Manager to lead transit design efforts across the mountain west. The role focuses on concept-to-construction design, client coordination, and ongoing project management within our Transportation team in Denver, CO.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and 10+ years of transit design experience, with strong leadership, communication skills, and a drive to grow Horrocks' public-rail and bus rapid transit

Qualifications

• Require Civil Engineering degree and PE license.

Responsibilities

• Manage transit-focused projects from concept to construction documents.
• Lead design efforts and prepare cost estimates.
• Coordinate meetings and resolve technical questions.
• Develop submittals and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, and visuals.
• Maintain project controls and documentation.
• Support client development and growth initiatives.
