Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12 years of relevant experience including 6 years leading mega/super mega projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships and serves as primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Manages financial performance: cash, budget, schedule, and scope to meet goals.
• Staffing: recruit, hire, develop, and retain project staff and oversee staffing plans.
• Lead pursuits of mega projects and present proposals to clients; collaborate with pursuit teams and marketing.
