Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a Services Business Analyst to drive the digital transformation within the North America market. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, gather business requirements, and translate them into digital solutions that improve standard processes.
You will work with SAP and Salesforce, guiding large-scale projects across regions, and partner with Change Management to foster adoption and value realization.
Qualifications
- Proven business analysis experience in services business processes.
- Hands-on SAP experience to support operational improvements.
- Knowledge of services industry models and related products.
- Experience leading large, complex projects with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements.
- Lead SAFe/Agile alignment and deployment of requirements.
- Prioritize requirements with stakeholders, aligning with PMI/CPP.
- Define and validate digital solutions with business strategies and standards.
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with business users.
- Champion transformation and drive adoption across regions.
