Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking an Order Management Senior Business Analyst to drive transformation across North America. You will lead requirements gathering, process optimization, and the design of scalable digital solutions with cross-functional partners.

You’ll translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, guide Agile teams in SAFe environments, and partner with Change Management to drive adoption and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

Commercial experience with order entry processes, returns, and claims.
Proven success leading large, complex projects with measurable outcomes.
Ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Identify and document business processes and requirements in a cross-functional environment.
Lead SAFe/Agile development processes to align and deploy requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with standards.
Define requirements and validate digital solutions that support strategies and policies.
Lead user acceptance testing with business teams and end users.
Identify transformation needs across user groups and drive adoption.
