Qualifications

• Commercial experience with order entry, returns and claims required.
• Led large, multi-unit projects with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to analyze and design business processes with an innovative mindset.
• Industry knowledge across Schneider Electric domains preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication; ability to influence decisions.
• Translate business value into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work independently and in teams; adapt to varying schedules/time zones.
• Collaborate quickly across functional teams to resolve impediments.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce a plus.
