Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a passionate Services Business Analyst to drive digital transformation within its North America Market. You will lead requirements gathering, collaborate across IT and business groups, and guide agile deployment of customer and business solutions that improve processes and value delivery.

You will champion change management, coordinate UATs, and translate needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria for measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience and understanding of Services business processes and systems, including BFS and SMS.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and using business systems to support, improve or transform operational processes.
• Experience leading large, complex projects involving multiple business activities, regions and external partners with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate business needs and value into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders and facilitate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements.
• Take a leadership position in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment and deployment of requirements.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, aligning with PMI & CPP.
• Define requirements and validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards and policies.
• Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with the business and end users.
• Identify key user business transformations and champion adoption with end users.
• Prepare and present progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and steering committees.
• Partner with Change Management Organization and Business Stakeholders to define transformation strategies.
