Schneider Electric is seeking a Services Business Analyst to drive transformation within the North America Market. You will lead requirements, coordinate testing, and champion adoption across teams, translating business needs into actionable digital solutions and user stories.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience transforming services business processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven leadership in large, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with change management and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cross functional environment with various business groups, IT, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and business requirements.
• Take a leadership position in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer/business requirements.
• Collaborating with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with PMI & CPP.
• Define requirements and validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards and policies.
• Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with the business and end users.
• Identify key user business transformations.
• Champion transformation and drive adoption with end users, surfacing issues and concerns from the business community.
• Identify business value and link to related solution deployments.
• Prepare and present progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and steering committees.
• Partner with Change Management Organization and Business Stakeholders to define strategies to drive transformation.
