Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking a Services Business Analyst to drive the NAM transformation program through data analysis, requirements gathering, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will lead agile activities, translate business needs into digital solutions, and support change management to maximize adoption and value across the organization.

Qualifications

Strong commercial experience in Services business processes and systems (BFS and SMS).
Hands-on experience with SAP and using business systems to support or transform operations.
Knowledge of the Services industry, its business models and offerings.
Experience leading large, complex projects with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

Identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements across cross-functional teams.
Lead SAFe/Agile development processes to align and deploy requirements.
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with PMI & CPP.
Define requirements and validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards and policies.
Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with the business and end users.
Identify key user business transformations and drive adoption.
Present progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and steering committees.
Partner with Change Management Organization to define strategies to drive transformation.
