You’ll partner with business leaders to define value, track KPIs, and drive benefit realization through analytics, planning, and strong change enablement. This is a high-impact, collaborative leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, health plans, population health or care navigation.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguity and drive progress with minimal direction.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting projects with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives aligned to strategic goals.
• Oversee cross-functional programs for go-to-market, client success, operations and finance.
• Define KPIs and track progress against strategic goals.
• Prioritize initiatives based on risk, dependencies and impact.
• Build relationships and communicate with frontline teams to executives.
• Prepare status updates for executive reporting.
• Manage workplans, timelines and delivery status.
• Facilitate sessions, document work, and track milestones.
• Monitor benefits realization and drive corrective actions.
• Apply continuous improvement and change management practices.
