Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Transformation Change Leader to drive Operating Model and Organizational Design changes for a key client in the financial services industry. You will partner with senior leaders to design and execute the strategic roadmap covering CORE: Client, Operations, Risk, and Employee, ensuring stability, risk mitigation, and scalability across locations.

Qualifications

• Technical bachelor’s degree
• 12+ years of financial services experience with a large financial services firm or advisory/consulting firm
• Hands‑on real‑world global support experience
• Leadership experience of Transformation and Change Management
• Strong domain expertise in Investment Operations, particularly in Middle Office functions such as trade capture, confirmation, settlements, reconciliations, and performance measurement

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and change initiatives required to stabilize and transform to the target operating model
• Develop a roadmap delivering the target operating model across processes and functions
• Lead integration of client/services onto standard Bank applications for service delivery
• Manage large-scale programs and budget performance with ROI focus
• Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation across geographies and stakeholders
