Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a roadmap to deliver the target operating model with a focus on stability, risk mitigation, and resiliency.
• Lead integration of client services onto standard bank applications and ensure effective operating model design.
• Manage large-scale programs and multi-location teams across geographies.
• Drive technology modernization and adoption of new platforms to enhance operations.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial performance toward ROI and operating leverage.
• Promote continuous improvement and productivity through automation and orchestration.
