Job summary

State Street is seeking a Product Owner and corporate actions expert to lead our corporate actions product development team within the CRD Middle Office domain. You will define the strategic roadmap and partner with engineering to deliver against it, acting as a product expert to support end users and drive adoption.

You will guide business analysts, work with clients and internal teams across sales, relationships, implementations and support, and lead initiatives throughout the full software

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development lifecycle experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Comfortable explaining product capabilities to clients and translating requirements into specs.
• Strong analytical and data literacy; able to reconcile complex data.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate actions product roadmap and deliver against it.
• Gather requirements with clients, sales, services, and implementation teams.
• Lead and mentor business analysts within a feature-focused team.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and cross-product teams to ship features.
