EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients. You will guide executive stakeholders, shape agendas, and drive growth across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12-15+ years in consulting, insurance, or business transformation.
8+ years in Life, Annuity or Group Benefits insurance.
Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise programs with multiple workstreams.
Experience managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials.

Responsibilities

Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs; accountable for success and governance.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
Direct multiple engagements and drive revenue growth across accounts.
Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, and program governance structures.
Oversee architecture, data, integration, testing, change management, and deployment.
