Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead complex, multi-year transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients, shaping agendas and driving growth across engagements.

You will oversee strategy, delivery, change management, and governance across multiple workstreams and vendors, while building executive relationships and coaching cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience with one or more policy administration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• As executive delivery leader, accountable for program success and client satisfaction.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Oversee multiple concurrent engagements across client portfolios.
• Drive account growth and revenue through strategic leadership.
