EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients, shaping strategies and executive relationships.
You will oversee delivery, governance, and multi-vendor teams, while driving growth, modernization, and AI-enabled delivery across engagements. Expect up to 50% travel.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12-15+ years in consulting, insurance, or business transformation.
- 8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
- Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
- Experience managing executive client relationships and business development.
- Experience overseeing platform configuration, data migration, and APIs.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as executive delivery leader for strategic transformation programs; responsible for success, financials, governance, and satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
- Lead steering committees and governance forums; provide industry insights and modernization strategies.
- Direct multiple concurrent engagements and drive revenue growth with account leadership.
