Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead large-scale client engagements across life, annuity, and group insurance programs, directing cross-functional teams and shaping transformation agendas for senior executives.

In this role you will oversee strategy, delivery, governance, and change management, partnering with CIOs and business line leaders to drive revenue growth and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, or business transformation.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs spanning multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, and similar PAS solutions.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity and group benefits value chain across product config, underwriting, policy admin, servicing, and claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs and ensure overall program success.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Oversee governance forums and drive modernization strategies and platform transformation.
• Direct multiple engagements and workstreams across complex client portfolios.
• Originate and develop new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery, automation, and analytics across engagements.
• Sponsor talent development and build a high-performing consulting organization.
