EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice, leading large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients. You will provide strategic leadership across engagements, shape client agendas, and drive growth within EY's BTG practice.

You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, establish executive relationships, and guide governance, delivery, and roadmaps across complex portfolios while partnering with EY leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs and ensure program success and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted executive relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Direct multiple engagements, governance forums, and drive revenue growth.
• Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, and program governance structures.
• Oversee architecture, data, integration, testing, change management, and deployment.
• Lead talent development and sponsor leadership within the BTG practice.
• Originate new business opportunities and participate in proposals and pricing.
