Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale Life Insurance transformation programs within the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape client agendas, and build executive-level relationships across engagements.

Qualifications

12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs across multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and driving business development activities.
Experience with one or more policy administration platforms including FAST (Verisk), FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS solutions.
Strong understanding of the Life & Annuity and group benefits value chain, including product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
Program management experience within onshore/offshore delivery models involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.
Experience overseeing platform configuration, integration, APIs, middleware, and data migration efforts.
Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across multi-vendor and geographically distributed delivery models.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
Strong experience working within Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.

Responsibilities

Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs across life, annuity, and group insurance.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
Oversee multiple engagements, governance forums, and risk management.
Drive opportunities for revenue growth through account leadership.
Provide strategic guidance on AI-enabled delivery and data analytics.
