Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients within the Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will shape client transformation agendas, build executive relationships, and drive growth across multiple engagements.

You'll provide leadership across strategy, delivery, governance, and change management, coordinating teams and vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes while advancing EY's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Leadership of large-scale transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing executive client relationships and business development.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC LifePro).
• Strong understanding of Life/Annuity value chain and platform delivery.
• Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs with accountability for success, financials, and governance.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Lead multiple governance forums and steer strategic modernization efforts.
• Direct concurrent engagements across complex client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and coordinate with account leadership.
