Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of related work experience in lieu of the degree.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible transformation or leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with matrixed teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple, complex transformation initiatives across enterprise functions and partners.
• Frames problems, defines measurable future state, and establishes outcomes and accountability.
• Translates strategy into integrated execution plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Directs matrixed teams and contractors to deliver results without formal reporting authority.
• Leads change management, sponsorship, readiness, and sustained behavior change.
• Manages transformation budgets and monitors benefits and value risks.
• Frames recommendations for executive sponsors and steering committees.
