The role focuses on building roadmaps, optimizing value delivery, and fostering collaboration between IT and commercial units while managing internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Eight years in IT or Commercial functions required.
• Five+ years in Utilities/Refining with lead or supervisory experience.
• Five to eight years of SAP experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leadership and IT partners.
• Act as IT owner for functional/geographic areas and coordinate with IT teams.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and governance for IT activities.
• Coach leaders to articulate technology needs and requirements.
• Manage resources across IT and business organizations to deliver value.
• Drive cost efficiencies and leverage digital tools for delivery.
• Articulate a compelling IT vision aligned with business goals.
