Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Process Solutions and Automation practice to lead large-scale business transformation programs for financial services clients. You will guide strategy, operating models, and intelligent automation initiatives while supervising multidisciplinary teams.

Expect 50% domestic travel and up to 10% international travel as needed. You will advise C-suite executives, shape enterprise roadmaps, and drive growth of EY’s transformation offerings in a global, inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (MBA/MS/Engineering/IS).
• 12+ years of professional experience including 5+ years leading large-scale transformation in Financial Services.
• Experience advising C-suite and senior leadership on transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engagement lead and strategic advisor to executive stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
• Lead enterprise transformation programs from strategy through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Drive governance, operating models, and change adoption across complex organizations.
• Oversee multiple client engagements and ensure quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.
