Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs across manufacturing strategy, digital manufacturing, and AI-enabled operations. You will guide projects from problem definition through value realization, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
No less than 5–7 years of relevant experience spanning manufacturing, supply chain, digital manufacturing, AI, or related field.
Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation, solution development, or technology-enabled improvement initiatives.
Experience leading Managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Knowledge of manufacturing strategy and operating models, IWS or comparable systems, plant transformation, and AI capabilities.
Ability to travel as needed; travel can range from 80-100%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs from mobilization to value realization.
Own senior client relationships, establish delivery governance, align stakeholders, communicate status, risks, and outcomes.
Translate manufacturing priorities into executable workplans, designs, process changes, AI use cases, data requirements, and adoption plans.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing, data, AI, IT/OT, and integration.
Manage scope, schedule, quality, budget, resources, dependencies, issues, risks, and contractual commitments.
Lead the design and delivery of scalable industrial data foundations including data platforms, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
Shape and industrialize AI solutions with governance, security, monitoring, and responsible AI controls.
Guide solution configuration, testing, deployment, training, adoption, and handover with readiness checks.
Define outcome measures, track value realization, and collaborate with account teams for extensions and additional services.
