Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead delivery teams on banking transformation programs, translating strategy into executable plans, managing budgets, and maintaining direct client relationships. You will mentor a 3–4 consultant team, drive end-to-end workstreams, and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve outcomes.

The role requires deep CCSB banking knowledge, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 60% with international assignments; prior delivery leadership and a PMP/Lean Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + approximately 5–9 years of related work experience, or master's degree + approx. 4–8 years, including delivery leadership.
• Delivery leadership or people leadership experience in consulting or banking transformations.
• Demonstrated experience in operating model design, process redesign, and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a project workstream end-to-end, owning quality, budget, and timeliness.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 consultants, providing regular coaching.
• Own the day-to-day client relationship for your workstream as primary contact.
• Shape client solutions by understanding needs and goals, not just executing a plan.
• Drive analyses for current/future state, operating models, benchmarking, and business cases.
