Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead engagement workstreams in Corporate, Commercial and SME Banking. You will own client relationships, translate strategy into executable plans, and drive delivery quality across multi-month programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering banking transformations with AI-enabled approaches. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 5–9 years in delivery leadership, preferably within corporate or commercial banking, and travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–9 years of related work experience, delivery-leadership or people-leadership capacity.
• Experience in consulting, advisory or transformation project delivery, or hands-on corporate/commercial banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a project workstream end-to-end, owning quality, budget and timeliness.
• Manage and coach a team of 3–4 consultants.
• Own day-to-day client relationship for your workstream.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of client needs to shape solutions.
• Drive analysis and business cases; challenge data when needed.
• Contribute to proposals, go-to-market materials and internal initiatives.
