Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs across manufacturing strategy, digital manufacturing, AI, and data platforms. The role requires guiding problem definition, value-case development, design, implementation, adoption, stabilization, scaling, and value realization with a strong techno-functional balance.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risk, and ensure quality and client satisfaction while driving revenue through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience spanning manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence, digital manufacturing, industrial data and AI, technology consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation, solution development, or technology-enabled improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading Managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs across mobilization to value realization.
• Own senior client relationships and governance, communicate status, risks and outcomes.
• Translate priorities into executable workplans, designs, data products, and adoption plans.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing operations, data, and IT/OT integration.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and contractual commitments.
