Job summary
EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs, ranging from manufacturing strategy to digital manufacturing and AI-enabled operations. You will guide problem definition, value-case development, design, implementation, adoption, and value realization while balancing operating-model changes with technology delivery.
You will manage cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and ensure quality, risk, and client satisfaction throughout
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
- 5–7+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or digital transformation.
- Experience delivering client-facing manufacturing transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing transformation programs from mobilization to value realization.
- Own senior client relationships and governance, manage risks and outcomes.
- Translate manufacturing priorities into executable designs, data, AI and integration requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, data, and IT/OT domains.
- Define KPIs, baselines, and track value realization with clients.
