Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Atlanta is seeking a senior Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients shape enterprise change programs, design new operating models, and drive AI-enabled transformations that deliver measurable results.

You will lead executive workshops, develop adoption metrics, and coordinate across strategy, technology, data and design teams to ensure aligned, value-driven outcomes for complex transformations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness at scale.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools in organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption approaches.
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into adoption plans, KPIs, and corrective actions.
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives, leaders, and impacted teams to drive alignment and readiness.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, communications, and structured recommendations for the transformation roadmap.
• Shape high-quality organizational change deliverables (e.g., stakeholder maps, governance, RACI) while coaching junior team members and partnering closely with business and technology teams
