You will collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design, leveraging GenAI accelerants to improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in transformation, hands-on process mining/automation, executive communication, and familiarity with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation.
• You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility
• Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables
