Capgemini Invent is seeking a Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients modernize technology platforms and operating models with a strong focus on AI-enabled transformation. You will lead workstreams, partner with senior technology leaders, and shape pragmatic, value-driven strategies that embed AI into core platforms.

You will own key client deliverables, contribute to team leadership and mentoring, and drive delivery excellence across engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy and understanding of generative AI concepts in enterprise transformation.
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.
• Ability to lead teams, own workstreams and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across platform strategy and IT strategy.
• Translate architecture constraints into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Coach junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelines.
• Develop board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes.
