Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking an experienced Strategy & Transformation Consultant to help clients design and implement AI-enabled enterprise changes. You will work across leadership, technology, data, and design to deliver measurable adoption of new operating models and workforce strategies.

The role emphasizes learning new tools, applying AI in transformation programs, and driving governance, change networks, and executive updates across fast-moving initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles.
• Strong writing and storytelling; comfortable presenting.
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement.
• Able to collaborate across business and technology teams; AI awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change plans.
• Develop communications and engagement materials (toolkits, messaging, FAQs).
• Support training planning/content development and enablement execution.
• Track adoption metrics and synthesize insights into actions.
• Support change network operations and governance cadences.
• Produce executive-ready change updates and dashboards.
