Bring 5–8 years of OCM/transformation experience, strong facilitation and stakeholder management, and a clear, pragmatic communication style to shape the change journey across leadership levels.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
• Ability to tie change activities to outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Clear, pragmatic communicator with strong delivery discipline.
• Understanding AI-enabled tools in organizational change contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption.
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into adoption plans and KPIs.
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives, leaders, and teams to drive alignment and readiness.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, communications, and structured recommendations for the transformation roadmap.
• Shape governance and stakeholder maps while coaching junior team members and partnering with business and technology teams.
